"This sport needs more active Masters participation throughout the world, especially in the United States, and Atlanta Judo Midtown is dedicated to expanding Masters participation. I would like to see more retired Masters competitors and non-competitors working out for their health and for the sake of teaching seniors and beginners. Workouts can be light, medium or hard. There is no pressure, but rather personalized workouts in the great Judo spirit. Masters are also encouraged to be guest instructors." |
